About the Juror
Robyn Phillips-Pendleton is Professor of Visual Communications in the Department of Art & Design at the University of Delaware. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Communication Arts, from Virginia Commonwealth University, in Richmond, VA, and a Master of Fine Arts degree in Illustration, from Syracuse University, in Syracuse, NY.
